We provide a full spectrum of Family Medical care. There is a medical provider on call after hours, holidays and weekends. We are providers for Medicare and other major insurance companies and we will bill them for you. It is the mission of Brookings Harbor Medical Center to provide our family of patients with compassionate and high quality medical care that seeks to preserve health and prevent disease while creating and maintaining an office environment that is both friendly and efficient.
A Family Friendly Medical office. We accept Oregon Health Plan / Allcare, Medicare and most other private insurances and we will bill them for you. We offer on site lab and x-ray service for your convenience. We are open Mon- Friday 8:00 to 5:00 with a medical provider on call after hours, holidays and weekends.

Dr. Mark Silver is board certified in Family Medicine and in Hospice Care.
He has been serving the Brookings-Harbor area since 1988. With his caring

Heidi has been with our clinic since 2003. She is experienced with patients of all ages, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. You will be comfortable with her thorough, efficient and unhurried style. Heidi can manage your acute and chronic medical illnesses.
Cheryl Malo-Clines ANP
Cheryl joined our practice in 2012. She has been a Nurse Practitioner 16 of her 37 year nursing career. She has experience in multiple specialty areas as well as primary care. Cheryl is also an active military reservist in the Air Force. She enjoys assisting patients to achieve a balance, healthy lifestyle
